Each Italian region has its own wine style

The wine industry in Italy is characterized by large private wineries such as "Frescobaldi", "Antinori" or "Zonin 1821". Smaller wineries can be found in regions such as Piedmont, Veneto, Tuscany and Lombardy, but also on the Italian island of Sicily. Each region in Italy has its own style of wine. In the end, Italy produces a good two billion bottles of the best Italian wine every year. Many of them are exported.
